Configuring webmail for LDAP address book lookups

This page contains instructions on how to configure webmail to access the Chemistry LDAP server for directory service information (i.e. chemistry email addresses and phone numbers).

Instructions

Once you log into your webmail account,
  1. open the options menu on the left hand side of the page
  2. Click on Address Book
  3. Click on Address Books
  4. Under the section Choose which address books to display, and in what order:, select Chemistry Directory and click on the hand pointing to the right.
  5. Click on Save Options
Now when you compose a message, click on address book, and you will see all the emails addresses in the chemistry department.
